Method 1 

Pre-purchase from the webstore. There are minimum purchases of 10 or 25 items, depending on the product.

Method 2 

Pre-selling: NO RISK! Submit the Online Start Form, Print Free brochures, Sell, Return to the website. Purchase what you've sold from the Web Store at the fund raising prices. We send the product to you and you deliver it to the customers. No up-front cost and no risk for your organization. You retain the 75% sales profit the entire time.

Important Note: Selling Multiple Items using the Multiple Item Selling Form. I currently carry prints for the following pictures:  When Seconds Count, Undaunted and The Sacrifice. I am able to provide these prints at lower costs. If you sell poster prints of other images using the multiple image selling forms or framed items, those items will cost you more wholesale. I will work toward carrying those items in prints eventually, but for now if you wish to use the Multiple Item Seller Form and sell the other items make sure you check the fund raising prices in the Web Store for those items. Your profit will not be at the 75% rate for those items unless you adjust your selling price to compensate for it.

Why do I sell fundraising prints?

Fundraisers by Organization

Two methods of purchase:

Bulk Bundles 

Prints are shipped to your organization in bulk and you package them for your customers. This is how I keep the price down for you. This method allows you to use your organizations own packaging materials and labels if you wish. If you choose this method, prints must still be properly packaged to the customer by your organization.

Pre-packaged 

If you wish to have prints pre-packaged you may select this option when purchasing the prints. There is a 3.00 per print charge for pre-packaging. If you want them pre-packaged, simply purchase the number of pre-packaging in the webstore. Pre-packaging is sold seperate of the prints themselves.

Cost of Prints, Shipping and Handling, and average Packaging Cost has been figured into the Profit Potential Amounts on the chart.

You may use the selling resources/brochures on this website regardless of which method you choose.

Bulk Bundles

Prints are shipped to you in bulk bundles and are not individually packaged.

All other packaging for selling purposes must be done by the receiving organization.  Any matting and framing will be done by the receiving organization.

You may choose the packaging option of 3.00 per print. This option is available in the Webstore.

We use acid free archival quality materials for all of our prints and framing. If you are matting and framing the prints yourself, we strongly suggest that you use the same type of materials so you can provide your customers with a quality art print. Just ask whoever is doing your framing to use acid free archival quality materials. There is generally a minimal difference in cost. Hobby Lobby is usually a good resource for framing at reasonable prices.

People buy this print! It is extremely detailed.  My desire was that whoever looked at it would feel like they could reach into the picture and touch the crown. One person told me that when they got home with this picture they just sat down with it, looked at it, and began weeping. It touches the hearts of those who view it. This is a great fundraiser for Christian organizations. A print costs approximately $2.00 to package or approximately $50.00 to frame. A suggested sale price for a double matted framed print would be $150.00 and up. A suggested re-sale price for a unframed shrink-wrapped print would be $20.00 - 40.00. Prints are shipped in bulk bundles. All other packaging is done by the receiving organization.

It seems that those of us who are sent to do the most difficult tasks are often asked to accomplish them with the least amount of resources. Imagine being the firefighter in this scene. It is nearly impossible to see. The heat is intense. You're not sure what to expect. You don't know if anybody is in the house. Now........imagine carrying an extra 20-30 pounds because the equipment is outdated!

I drew this picture because I've heard too many times from Volunteer Fire Department personnel whom I know talk about how they wish their departments could afford newer breathing apparatus or other pieces of equipment. My hope is that those departments can use this print to raise some of the funds to help with those types of purchases. Suggested re-sale price for this print is $20.00 - 40.00
